This year, Süffa, the trade fair for the butchers' trade will take place for the first time at the New Trade Fair Center Stuttgart near the airport. The new location has raised high expectations for the show.  It provides the exhibitors with the opportunity to showcase their products and services in a very attractive way. The trade fair organizers expect more visitors, a growing national presence and a wider range of products and services presented by the exhibitors.

Key exhibition areas include: factory equipment, basic materials, sales promotion, delicatessen foods, transport technology, storage technology, point-of-sale equipment and services.

New trends will also be showcased such as front cooking in the snack bar and wellness trends for deli counters or catering services. International competitions will also be arranged for professionals from the butchers’ trade.
